Served as Camp Commander in 1963.  He was born in 1888, and worked as secretary of the C.V. Mosby Medical Publishing firm, til his retirement in 1955. His residence was at 8014 South Drive, Richmond Heights, Missouri. Mr. Knabe was also an elder of the Westminister Presbyterian Church. He died of a heart ailment on September 13th, 1964 at the age of 76 years, and is buried in Bellefontaine Cemetery.
